The contingency plan

For timely delivery, our experts rerouted shipments to Singapore by air instead of the usual Sydney route.

Due to the short notice, this required seamless coordination between teams and locations.

The shipment was collected from the facility in Istanbul and transported to Singapore, maintaining a 15°C-25°C temperature throughout. The medicines were stored at a pharma-certified temperature-controlled warehouse at the Singapore Airport before moving by sea to Australia. We collaborated with the customer to ensure the customs clearance was smooth upon arrival at the destination.
